Naples Valley Brand was started fifteen years ago out of a
combination of my love for the outdoors, eating great food
and entertaining family and friends. I have always enjoyed
cooking big dinners, holiday entertaining, and hosting
festive parties for any occasion.
The ever expanding gourmet product line is a true reflection
of my passions in life.
I grew up in southern Long Island. I came to western NY to
attend college where I earned a degree in Geology. While in
upstate New York, I worked on a fruit farm in Hilton and
learned how to make assorted jams and apple butter for fun.
When I began bringing my homemade mustard to gatherings, my
friends kept asking me to make more. I found myself making it
quite often and started selling it at the Naples Hotel where
I was employed. When customers started calling me to buy it
by the case, Naples Valley Brand Products was born, and
created a desire to make even more home-made gourmet
products. More than fifteen years later, I still have
customers from the bar who buy my products.
Naples Valley Brand Products are made now in the kitchen at
the Bristol Mountain Winter Resort. On weekends during ski
season, you can find me bartending there – Bloody Mary’s are
my specialty - made with my own products of course. In the
summer, I spend weekends at festivals, sampling products and
saying hello to both old and new fans of the company.
I feel fortunate to have wound up living in the Naples
Valley. It is a beautiful place to live, grow and make
terrific gourmet foods.
